Personalized therapy for growth, healing, and clarity.”
Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel more present in your body, and develop a kinder relationship with your thoughts and emotions—especially when life has felt overwhelming or unsafe.
I provide individual and group counseling for pre-teens, adolescents, and adults.
I understand that healing is not linear and that each person comes with a unique history and nervous system. I work to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space grounded in safety, choice, and collaboration.
I support concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, bullying, parenting, postpartum adjustment, grief and loss, chronic illness or pain, disability or new diagnoses, and trauma (including PTSD, abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault). I also work with individuals impacted by identity-based trauma such as racism, ableism, homophobia, and ageism.
My work is trauma-informed and draws from evidence-based approaches including mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, interpersonal effectiveness, and shame resiliency. I focus on helping you build awareness, restore a sense of safety, and reconnect with your inner wisdom at your own pace.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to social justice.
I accept all major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
